CAPE COD RAIL TRAIL

The Cape Cod Rail Trail is one of the most popular attractions for cyclists and walkers in Cape Cod. This trail follows the former railroad and has been converted into a paved path that extends over 25 miles from South Dennis to Wellfleet. The trail is known for its easy access and the beautiful views it offers of the local nature and wildlife.

Perfect for a variety of outdoor activities, including cycling, hiking, and rollerblading, the Cape Cod Rail Trail connects several parks and recreational areas along its route. It also features rest areas, bike access points, and convenient amenities to enhance the visitor experience.

Ride, walk or run through 6 Cape Cod towns as you follow the Cape Cod Rail Trail. There’s plenty to see along the 25-mile off-road paved path, trail and state and national parks to visit. Map below
